- Review draft short environmental assessment forms (SEQR) for the consolidation of water districts. Declare the Town Board as lead agency and Type II action. Motion to adopt the Resolution.
- Review and approve the resolution authorizing the endorsement of a proposed joint consolidation agreement.
- Pulaski Solar: Applicant is withdrawing application for smaller solar project.
Acknowledge that no amendment to the 2019 special permit is necessary, and recognize that the smaller facility will not be constructed and has been withdrawn.
Authorize the Supervisor to sign all documentation for the Amended Decommissioning Agreement and Amended Maintenance Escrow Agreement.
Authorize the return of the decommissioning cash escrow, stormwater maintenance cash escrow and performance guarantee.
- Accept the resignation letter of Tax Receiver Judy Andrews.
