Public Hearings

Chesterdale Properties, LLC, requesting the formation of a Drainage District for the Persoon Subdivision.

Introductory Local Law No. 3 of 2023 Amending the Town of Goshen Zoning Code Article VII, Section 97-55 (F)(13) – the purpose of this local law is to amend Section 97-55(F)(13) of the Town of Goshen which requires wind or solar energy system developers to post a decommissioning cash bond with the Town pursuant to requirement set forth Subsection F.

Introductory Local Law No. 4 of 2023 Amending Chapter 28 (“Planning Board”) of the Code of the Town of Goshen to Amend the Provisions Relative to Alternate Members – including those relative to the terms of alternate members, substitution of alternate members, and responsibilities of alternate members.

1. ADC Orange Maplewood project to discuss the expansion of the existing town water & sewer district, as well as the formation of a drainage district to serve the Maplewood Development Project.
2. Adopt Introductory Local Law No. 2 of 2023 entitled “Flood Damage Prevention” as Local Law No. 3 of 2023. (see attached)
3. Discuss and authorize the Supervisor to sign any and all documents related to the conservation easement with Chesterdale Properties, LLC.
4. Accept the resignation of Part-time Police Officer Spencer Sutherland as of June 6, 2023.
5. Approve the Town Board Minutes of June 8, 2023.
6. Information: Update on Green Sand filter for Hambletonian Park.
7. Discuss and approve the purchase and installation of cellular service units for water/sewer meters.
8. Information: An update on for formation of a water/sewer district in water shed 50.
9. Discuss and approve the placement of two police officers in the academy using ARPA funds.
10. Discuss the purchase of equipment for the Police Department.

1. Discuss and approve a motion to authorize the Supervisor to pay accounts payable check run for June 22, 2023 in the amount of $
