Hughes Energy, LLC – 12-1-2.3:  Applicant requests a zoning interpretation that the proposed use of 114 Hartley Road, Goshen is consistent with Light Industry as defined by §97-84(69). Hughes intends to occupy a portion of the building for the purpose of conducting a limited duration research project pursuant to a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) 6 NYCRR 360.18 Permit.
