NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE ALL IN AUDIO PROJECT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, the 18th day of August, 2022, at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Town of Goshen Planning Board at Goshen Town Hall, 41 Webster Avenue, Goshen, New York 10924, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the All in Audio project. The Applicant is proposing to convert convert four (4) existing agricultural structures to storage/warehouse of nonfarm products, and maintain the existing farm/agricultural workers’ housing units, involving property located along Cedar Swamp Road within the Town of Goshen, as shown on the Tax Map thereof as Section 19, Block 1, Lot 124.1. Said property consists of approximately 43.16 +/-acres and is located within the within the Agricultural-Industrial (AI) Zoning District and the AQ-3, Floodplain & Ponding Area and Stream Corridor & Reservoir Watershed Overlay Districts. This application has been deemed a Type II action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).
