The Applicant has requested a site variance for a proposed 40×40 detached garage located in the Town of Goshen, as shown on the Tax Map thereof as Section 17, Block 4, Lot 14. Said property consists of approximately 2 +/-acres and is located within the within the Rural (RU) Zoning District and the AQ-3 Overlay Districts.
