The Applicant has requested an area variance from the 150 feet road frontage Town Code requirement for a proposed construction of a 5MWac solar energy facility located on 29 Vivian Lane in the Town of Goshen, as shown on the Tax Map thereof as Section 9, Block 1, Lot 4. Said property consists of approximately 47.2+/-acres and is located within the Rural (RU) district and within the AQ-3 Overlay District.
